Before beginning my real estate career, I earned an Honours degreein Criminology with a minor in Psychology, not truly knowing how useful the ability to analyze a situation, and an individual mind, would be, in the industry of Real Estate.
After running my own successful business for 4 years, I began selling real estate. My Initial experience began with selling on New homes sites within the GTA. Soon after, with strong morals and ethics, along with a desire to succeed, I was moved into the role of assistant sales manager.
The excitement of real estate wasn’t easy to forget, and I eagerly returned to real estate sales. I consistently ranked in the top 1% of the company’s salespeople and played a key role in developing and implementing strategies to provide unparalleled service to clients in my market territories.
Always eager to improve my skills, I attained the designation of a Real Estate Broker in 2007 and began working as a resale manager.
My clients and friends describe me as a great listener and communicator, strong negotiator, an excellent trainer and incredibly dedicated to reaching my client’s real estate goals. I Strongly focus on bringing my business into the “current world of real estate,” by incorporating the use of social media and online presence.
My current designations include; Real Estate Broker, ABR and CRB. Furthermore, I hold a positions with the Toronto Real Estate Board; Arbitration Committee along with being a past member of the MLS and Education Committees. This allows me to be at the forefront of the industry with sharpened skills, always looking for ways to stay on top of all current issues, programs and education. This in turn, brings on the deliverance of the strongest and most dedicated service to all of my present and past clientele.
